Organize your pictures into custom photo galleries. Pictures are arranged by year taken to show current and past events. Our easy to use gallery editor will allow you to organize your pictures and also apply captions to your pictures.

Maintenance Management
Electronic Repair Tags (ERT's) are the most desired feature with iFire. Manage your equipment repairs online. Email notifications keep members informed when vehicles or equipment are taken out of service or need repairs. Assign ERT's to the members that are responsible and authorized to make repairs. Easily integrates to the Purchase Order Management System to track the progress of your repairs.
Purchase Order Management System (POMS)
Create and manage your agency purchase orders online. Accessible whereever when ever you need them. Includes auditing tools, vendor management, link your purchase orders to your ERT's, and the ability to link your spending to your financial profile.
Inventory Management System (IMS)
The capability to manage your inventory online. IMS is easily linked to the ERT system to easily track equipment that needs repairs.
Online Training
Create online training modules. Allow your members to take training on their own time, at their own pace. Attach files such as a powerpoint containing the presentations related to your training modules. Once complete users will then be be required to take a test. Test are multiple choice format and customizable. You can also set a minimum passing grade and a frequency of when the course is required to be completed.
